IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR YOU TO KNOW!

  1. A 6’ or 8’ table and two chairs will be provider for you at your booth.

    • Tables will be set up, and your booth number assigned.

    • Tablecloths are NOT provided – please make sure to bring your own.

    • If you requested Hydro, please bring an extension cord/power bar with you.

  2. Exhibitor registration is between 8:30-9:30am. Doors open to the public promptly at 10:00 am. Please plan accordingly for your required setup and registration.

  3. You can park at the entrance of the Active Living Centre.  We will have volunteers ready and available to help you unload your items and take them to your booth while you park your car. You must move your vehicle to the upper parking lot, or the main parking lot. Attached is a map for your reference. Minimal parking spots are available by the entrance and must be open to the public to use. 

  4. Once parked, please come to the registration desk to check in before setting up your booth.

  5. We have a dedicated Exhibitors Lounge available to you. This space includes complimentary refreshments/snacks. Lunch is not provided - please plan accordingly. There is a microwave, sink and fridge available if you choose to bring some food items with you.

  6. We know it may be challenging to leave your booth to network with other exhibitors during tradeshows. We want to support possible connections and will have volunteers available to cover your booth while you take a break and explore.

  7. We are thrilled to have you and hope you have a successful day of networking and connecting.

TIP: This day is as much about YOU as it is about those in attendance!
Think about how you want to market yourself to draw more people to your booth. Consider an ‘end of day’ promotion, a draw for anyone who comes in with a secret word from a social post you dropped in the morning, an exclusive opportunity for other exhibitors to come and check out your booth, etc. The possibilities are endless!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We average about 500 attendees. We have space for about 45 exhibitors in total.

  • The sale of products or services is allowed, but the sale of marijuana products is prohibited. You may be a food exhibitor, or you may have food product giveaways, but they must be pre-packaged and follow Ontario Public Health guidelines. Special Event/Farmers Market Vendor Application Form (simcoemuskokahealth.org)

  • It is the practice of making each day meaningful and developing habits to support physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual health. Healthy living can look different for everyone, so it is important to engage, learn, and connect with industry experts to help guide your personal healthy living journey.

  • The exhibitor fee for Business/For-Profit is $175. The reduced fee for Non-Profit Organizations is $125.

  • Exhibitor applications are due by 4:00 PM on Friday, August 1, 2025.

  • Spaces are limited due to the venue location! There was a waitlist last year. If you are accepted as an exhibitor, you will be contacted the week of August 18 with further information. If you are not selected, we will let you know that you are on the waitlist.

Muskoka Healthy Living Expo 2025

The Muskoka Healthy Living Expo encourages healthy living for adults of all ages through community connections and invaluable local resources. Explore over 40 exhibitors supporting all aspects of wellness, including physio and massage therapy, sports groups, clubs, transportation services, home maintenance, physical health supports, and more!

The Healthy Living Expo was born from Muskoka Seniors’ understanding of the diverse needs of Huntsville’s residents. “We regularly receive calls from active adults, children or caregivers, and community partners looking for various services to meet many needs. It’s hard to keep up with who to call and where to go, and it can quickly become overwhelming. We want to create an opportunity for like-minded businesses and organizations to come together as one community to share what is available in your backyard,” says Jenn Pfrimmer, Executive Director of Muskoka Seniors.
