NEW FEATURES! Based on feedback we received last year, we are implementing a couple new features to keep people coming right through the last hour! We also need your help to encourage your networks to show up during the last hour, but we will be doing the following:
Raffle Prize Table - This will run for the duration of the event and will close at 3:30PM. The hope is that this will keep people around because they will want to know if they are a winner!
Special Final-hour Door prize - Just for those who attend from 3:00-4:00PM. This will be advertised leading up to the event.Sponsorship Opportunities - Last year we had several inquiries about how Exhibitors and other businesses could gain exposure and get more involved. This year, we will be introducing some sponsorship opportunities. If you’re interested, please let us know as soon as possible.

We average about 500 attendees throughout the day. We have space for about 50 exhibitors in total.

The sale of products or services is allowed, but the sale of marijuana products is prohibited. You may be a food exhibitor, or you may have food product giveaways, but they must be pre-packaged and follow Ontario Public Health guidelines. The exhibitor fee for Businesses is $175. The reduced fee for Non-Profit Organizations is $125.

Exhibitor applications are due by August 1, 2026.

Spaces are limited due to the venue location! There was a waitlist last year. If you are accepted as an exhibitor, you will be contacted the week of August 3 with further information. If you are not selected, we will let you know that you are on the waitlist.

The Muskoka Healthy Living Expo encourages healthy living for adults of all ages through community connections and invaluable local resources. Explore over 45 exhibitors supporting all aspects of wellness, including physio and massage therapy, sports groups, clubs, transportation services, home maintenance, physical health supports, and more!
The Healthy Living Expo was born from Muskoka Seniors’ understanding of the diverse needs of Huntsville’s residents. “We regularly receive calls from active adults, children or caregivers, and community partners looking for various services to meet many needs. It’s hard to keep up with who to call and where to go, and it can quickly become overwhelming. We want to create an opportunity for like-minded businesses and organizations to come together as one community to share what is available in your backyard,” says Jenn Pfrimmer, Executive Director of Muskoka Seniors.
